Tracking Inventory and Stock Levels
Learn how to view current stock levels, make manual adjustments, and stay on top of low-stock alerts in Klynto's Inventory module.
Overview
The Inventory module gives you a real-time view of stock levels across all your products. Stock is updated automatically when receipts are issued, orders are completed, or purchase orders are received.
Viewing Stock Levels
- From the sidebar, click Inventory
- The inventory list shows all products with inventory tracking enabled, along with their current stock quantity
- Use the search bar to find a specific product
- Use the filter to show only low-stock or out-of-stock items
